Individual Returns
You may return items purchased through our Web site within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
Please e-mail our Customer Service Department at customerservice@peterpauper.com to arrange for your return. Please include your Account Number and Order Number in your e-mail. After receiving your return authorization number, please ship your product to:

Individual Exchanges
Did you receive a damaged or defective item? Contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@peterpauper.com to exchange it for another copy of the same item. Please include your Account Number in your e-mail.
Want to exchange your item for a different one? Just return the original item through Customer Service as described above. Then place another order for the new item you’d like to purchase.
Retailer Returns
Peter Pauper Press customers may return product in undamaged, saleable condition up to 1-1/2 years after purchase, as long as product is still in print.
Products must be in saleable condition to be considered for credit/refund.
