Oat to Lunch
Makes 1 serving
1 cup chilled apple juice
1/2 cup non-fat raspberry yogurt
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
2 tablespoons uncooked, quick rolled oats
Pour apple juice into a blender and add yogurt, strawberries, banana, and rolled oats. Blend at high speed until smooth. Enjoy!
