Retro Recipe Thursdays: Jelly Marmalade Drop Cookies

Jelly Marmalade Drop Cookies
Yields 4 dozen cookies

Ingredients:
3 cups flour, sifted
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup orange marmalade

Directions:
Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Cream butter; gradually beat in sugar and eggs; stir in flour, then marmalade. Drop from teaspoon on greased baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Bake in 350° oven about 12 minutes; remove at once from sheet.
