Frozen Peach or Strawberry Daiquiri
Makes 1 serving
1-1/2 oz. light rum
3/4 oz. Curaçao or triple sec
3/4 oz. lime juice
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 fresh peach (peeled) or 6 ripe strawberries, hulled
4-5 ice cubes
Blend and serve in a chilled wine glass. Garnish with a slice of fresh fruit.
